There is so much that goes on in my world of experimentations and flavors that I thought it would be kind of cool to start documenting ideas, recipes and pics especially now that I am returning to Culinary School in a Pastry Arts program to enhance my career.
So here it goes...
I love to eat good food as well as invent and prepare it, and as the blog will tell you, I have one helluva good time preparing it...
